Is my reservation immediately final?
No. Hallo Jump first checks availability and confirms personally. Your reservation is only final after that confirmation.
Can I request several items together?
Yes, you can add several items to one reservation request.
Are the bouncy castles delivered?
Hallo Jump delivers throughout Belgium. Delivery up to and including 15 km from Boterstraat 15, 3390 Tielt-Winge is free. Once the distance exceeds 15 km, the full distance — including the first 15 km — is charged at €1.21 per kilometre driven, including VAT. Examples: 16 km costs €19.36 and 25 km costs €30.25. The exact transport cost is confirmed in advance. Kids Castle and Jungle Fun are collection only.
Can I request the party venue?
Yes. The party venue in Tielt-Winge accommodates up to 60 people and includes tables, chairs, kitchen equipment, a large lawn and gated parking. Price on request, depending on the event. Normal water and electricity use is included. Large parties or exceptionally high consumption are quoted separately.
Can I pay online?
No. No advance payment is required. For delivered rental items, you pay cash on delivery. Payment arrangements for collection items and the party venue are confirmed in advance.
What happens in bad weather?
Hallo Jump provides advice when the weather conditions are unsuitable. The decision to cancel because of bad weather is made by the renter and must be communicated no later than 24 hours before the agreed start time.
How much clear space is required?
Hallo Jump requires at least 2 m of clear space in front of and behind the bouncy castle. The sides, anchoring points and blower area must also remain sufficiently clear for the selected model. See the safety page for the Belgian baseline rules.
Can I cancel?
In case of bad weather, you as the renter may cancel no later than 24 hours before the agreed start time. The cancellation must be communicated by you. Please tell us as soon as possible.
